John W. Hicks, DVM
Owner/Veterinarian Dr. Hicks graduated from Iowa State University College of
Veterinary Medicine in 1990. He has owned and operated Carroll Veterinary Clinic since 1991. Dr. Hicks has a special interest in swine and bovine medicine. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his children and grandchildren. Todd A. Nelson, DVM
Owner/Veterinarian Dr. Nelson graduated from Iowa State University College of
Veterinary Medicine in 1993. He has owned and operated Carroll Veterinary Clinic since 2002. Dr. Nelson has a special interest in orthopedic surgery and bovine medicine. He is an avid ISU fan and likes to spend his free time attending ISU basketball and football games as well as golfing with his sons. Jessica E. Meseck, DVM

Veterinary Medicine in 2023 and joined the Carroll Veterinary Clinic right after graduation. Dr. Meseck has a special interest in general surgery and equine medicine. In her free time, she loves to rodeo and spend time with her family. Torrie L. Ferrari, DVM
Associate Veterinarian Dr. Ferrari graduated from Iowa State University College of
Veterinary Medicine in 2024 and joined the Carroll Veterinary Clinic right after graduation. Dr. Ferrari has a special interest in general surgery and bovine medicine. In her free time, she loves to hike and spend time with her family. |
